Kaalakandi Movie Review

Saif Ali Khan, who does not drink alcohol, cigarettes, party, but gets the biggest shock in life, when his doctor tells he is battling for the last stage of cancer and not alive for more than 6 months. After knowing this, he goes back to home for his brother’s (Akshay Oberoi) marriage. Where he experiences some strange things for the first time. Overnight fun, party, drink and spend time with Transgenders prostitute. On the other hand, Kunaal Roy Kapur and Shobhita Dhulipala prepare to go to New York for their studies, but they are met by their friend Shenaz Treasurywala, who caught in drugs red. On another side, two gangster Vijay Raj and Deepak Dobriyal want to cheat their boss and want to rule all over Mumbai. Will Saif lose his life? To know all these things, you should go to the theaters.

Saif Ali Khan has made a great impression on this film. He showed how a good person became dangerous. His funny one-liners can also give you a shock. Kaalakaandi is a completely Saif Ali Khan’s film. The rest of star cast includes, Shenaz Treasurywala, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala has a decent performance.

The film directed Akshat Verma, who earlier written Delhi Belly. There are exceptions that the Kaalakaandi is like Delhi Belly. The story of the film is an Adult, and the language is quite ruffed, which may be very liked by the youth. There is not much fun in the second half of the movie as compared to first Half. In the second half, it seems that Akshat is in a hurry.

Kaalakaandi is an experimental film, in which you will get all the roles of acting, whether comedy or tragedy. Writer-director Akshat Verma has tried to do something different. If you are in favor of experimentation in films, then you can experiment with Kalakandi. Bollywood Mascot gives 2.5 stars to Kaalakaandi.
